SECTION +3 _ Any person vio ating any of the pro - '
visions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of 'a misdemeanor, •.
and upon conviction be punished -by :'a fine not
to.exceed. Three ' Hundred Dollars (u3O0.00), or by imprisonment
-in the City -jail of the City of Lynwood for a period not exceed
ing three months; or by both' such fine -and imprisonment.
SECTION 4 All.Ordinances.and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repeale"d.`'
