The City Council'of the City of Lynwood do
8 ordain as:.follows,
9 SECTION 1 That Ordinance No. 73'be
10 amended by adding.a new section thereto, to be known as
11 Section 16 3/4, and to read as follows. ,
12 ,
13. Section 16 3/4 All licenses issued
hereunder shall entitle the holder thereof to
15 distribute advertising matter'within,the City- of
16 I' Lynwood, providing the same is - restricted,_ to,
17 ^ vertising the,goods, wares and merchandise offered
18 for sale or services rendered by 'the holder of such
19. licenses, the 1 provisions of any Ordinance.of the
20, City, of Lyriwood to the contrary notwithstanding. .
21 ) .
22 SECTION 2 :. ' Clerk of the City , of Lynwood
23 - be hereby directed to cause 'this` ordinance to published once
24'. after its final passage in the LYNWOOD TRI8UNE - .'a weekly new6
25 paper published and circulated in'said City,.which'is hereby ;
26 :designated for such purpose
