tonics by or the transportation of wine tonic to any

physician licensed to practice medicine in the State
of California, if at the time of such possession
there is a.tta.ched•to the container of such wine tonic
a label indicating date and place of purchase thereof
and date of prescription and name and address of such
physician.
SECTION 2 — The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published by
one insertion in,the'LYNWOOD TRIBUNE, a. weekly newspaper,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Lvnv?ood, and
which is hereby designated for that purpose.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th .day of February, 1932.
