ORDINANCE N0,195
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNINOOD,
REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF RUBBISH, ETC
The City Council of, the City of Lynwood do ordain
as follows: Q
SECTION 1 - That.it shall be unawful for any
person, firm or corporation to allow to remain for a period of
more than one month on any property owned by him, her or it, any
rubbish, tin cans, bottles, abandoned automobiles or machinery,
decaying grass, leaves or vegetable matter or any material of
such a character as to provide a harboring or breeding place for
rats or other rodents, provided, however, that this Ordinance
shall apply to any property regularly established as a place
of business for the sale or storage for sale of the above

materials.
SECTION 2 Any violation of this Ordinance shall be
deemed to be a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not
more than $300.00, or by imprisonment in the City or County jail
for a period not to exceed sixty days.
.SECTION . 3- The Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once
after its final passage in the LYNWOOD TRIBUNE, a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in said City, which is hereby designated
for such,purpose.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1932
