BE IT ORDAINED by the t.iayor and Co~mcil of the Borough of Car~eret,
that Chapter 235 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby
amended as follows:
235-11. INSURANCE.
A. O~ers of Taxicabs/Limousines shall file with the Borough Clerk
proof of insurance coverage in tbe amounts and conditions as defined
by N.J.S.A. 48:16-3 and N.J.S.A. 48:16-14.
%his Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication, as
provided by law.
