AN ORDINANCE OF .THE CITY OF'LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 117 RELATING'•TO WATER RATES.-

Be it ordained•,by- the City Council of the City of
Lynwood. as follows:= ;
SECTION 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance.No. 117 of
the City of Lynwood be amended.to read as follows:
!Section 8.' All bills for water. 'except meter, rates,
shall be due and payable in advance at the City Hall on the
first day of each month ;. '
SECTION 2': This Ordinance shall be effective for
the month of June, 1932, and for all Subsequent 'months-'.
SECTION 3: The Cit Clerk shall certify to the a-
_ "doption of. this'ordinanoe and cause the be published
once in the Lynwood_ Tribune,,a.'weekly, newspaper published
and circulated in said City of Lynn° ✓ood:
"PASSED AND' ADOPTED this h day of M ay,-1932.
