5 The City Council- of',the City of Lynwood do ordain.as follows:
6, SECTION 1:. That for the purpose of raising the sums of* money`'"
7 necessary to,be- raised by taxation upon -the - taxable property "vaithin
8 'the citylimits.of the C'ity.of 'Iyniaood as the revenue to carry on, the
9 various'depa'rtmerts. and functions-of said .City for the fiscal year
beginning " July 1, 1932, the rate' of taxes is hereby fixed, and taxes
