The Council of the ;i ty of, Lynroyood, do ordain as follows
'• SECTION 1: Every person, firm or corporation that.distributes.,
advertisments 'in. the City'- of• Lyiwood`. shall :pay a 'license fee of. Five''
Dollars'(5.00)rper.day for each different paper,. or' document
' so distributedy,for eacn•.day on wriich such',advertisements are distri-
buted, provided however;; 'that in the 'event. the license is paid quart*- '
