The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as fol-
SECTION I. That Section 6 -B of Ordinance Fo. 117 of said
City be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" SECTION 6 -B" For water served through meters, the charge
shall be as follows:
For the first 1000 cubic feet or fraction thereof 31.25
'?or the next 4000 cubic feet per 100 cubic feet
or fraction thereof . . . . . . .. . . . . . . 50.08
For over 5000 cubic feet, per 100 cubic feet or
fraction thereof . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1'0.05
The above rates shall be subject to a discount of 25 cents
if paid on or before the 20th of the month following the reading of
the meter.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance Yo. 197 and 198 be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION :3 : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Lynwood "ribune, a weekly newspaper published. and circulated in
said City of Lynwood.
