Said license fee i hereby fixed in the sum of ;;300.00 per annum, payable quarter- ly in advance in installments of 475.00 each. SECTIOiT II _ Any hereon violating an- of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in a sum not exceed- ing ;300.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION III: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the Lynwood Tribune, and the came s_.all become effective thirty days rcrn the - passage thereof.
