The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follow::
CTC7IO I: It shall be unlawful for any licenoee
under the proviuiony of Ordinance No. 213 of raid City, or any
person having the possession or control of any vending machine
licensed under said Ordinance ?o. 213, to ,permit ?uch machine to be
operate: by any minor under the age of eighteen (18) year.
SECTIOY II: Any violation of the proviaion, of 00
ordinance shall, upon determination by the City Council cf the fact
of ouch violation,operate as a forfeiture of the license under
which ouch machine has been in- v.tallea.
?ECTI Y III: The forfeiture arove provide! for ^h^_ll
be made only after hearing by the City Council, held upon at lew

SECTIOZ IV: The City Clerk ,_hall certify to the
passage of this ordinance an! cause the came to be publinh.ed once
in tho Lynwood Tribune an the same shall become effective thirty
