AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNb "OOD PROVIDIdG FOR THE
LICENSING ,')F THE OPERATING OF G'IOLESALE GASOLINE ICE
AND LAUNDRY TRUCKS IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain me
f0llowCl:
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to operate or cause to be operated in the City of
Lynwood any truck for the delivery or sale of gasoline, or ice,
or the delivery or collection of laundry, in Paid City, without
having obtained a license therefor from said City.
SECTION II: The fee for such license shall be the sum
of $12.00 per annum, payable annually in advance, for each such
truck, and such license shall be accompanied by slate^ suitable
to indicate that such license fee haspr been paid, and t +:hich mu ^t be
conspicuously displayed on each -°uch truck.
SECTION III: The violation of any of the provision of
this ordinance shall be punie:hable by a fine in a surd not exceeding
x"300.00 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION IV: All ordinances or partrt of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTIO; V: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once -in the
_ lanwood Press _ , and the Dame r_hall become effective
thirty days from itm passage.
