DELIIIQUENT PENALTIES FOR TIE YDN- PAYyMIIT OF LIGHTING
ASSESSIdENTS•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
foIiow7:
SECTION I: That all unpaid delinquency penalties and
costs for the non - payment of lightinc assessmente levied in the
Special Light and iaintenance Districts in said city ,since 1526, be,
and the same are hereby waived, ^ubject to the provisions of the
following Section.
SECTIO:' II: The above waiver shall be applicable only
to such lighting awes ment^, the principal sum of which shall be
paid prior to April 20, 1934, together with interer thereon at
the rate of 7p per annum from the date when the same first became
welinquent.
SECTION III: The City Clerk shall certify to the pas - a.e
of thi�• ordinance ana cauee the same to be published once in the
Lynwood Tribun ^ and the same shall become
effective.
