AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD WAIVING CERTAIN
DELINQUENT PENALTIES FOR THE NON - PAYMENT of LIGHTING
ASSESSMENTS.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I : That all unpaid delinquency penalties
and costs for the non - payment of lighting assessments levied in
the Special Light and Maintenance Districts in said city since
1926, be, and the same are hereby waived, subject to the pro-
visions of the following Section.
SECTION II: The above waiver shall be applicable
only to such lighting assessments, the principal sum of which
shall be paid prior to April 20, 1934, together with interest
thereon at the rate of 7% per annum from the let day of September
1933 to the date of such payment.
SECTION III: That Ordinance No. 220 of said City,
the same being entitled the same as this ordinance, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once
in the Lynwood Y ress , and the same shall become
effective.
