AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
REPEALING REBATES ON ALL WATER RATES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I : That Section 6 -B, Ordinance No. 117 of
the said City be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 6 -B: For water served through meters, the
charge shall be as follows:
For the first 1500 cubic feet, or fraction
thereof - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 1.25
For over 1500 cubic feet, per 100 cubic
feet, or fraction thereof - - - - - - - - - - $ 0.05"
SECTION II: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 117 of
said City be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 8: All bills for water except meter rates shall
be due and payable in advance at the City Hall on the first day of
each month."
SECTION III: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
S ECTION; IV: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the r,, *n-
wnn(i Y , a weekly newspaper published and circulated
in said City of Lynwood.
This Ordinance shall take effect November lst, 1+6,
Approved and adopted this 71 th day of October, 1933.
