AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PETUITS TO BE
ISSUED FOR NOVELTY GAMES TO THREE IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I: That in the interests of the public
welfare, permits to conduct a novelty game, or any business
connected with, or appurtenant to, which a novelty game is, or
is to be, conducted in said City be, and the same is hereby
limited to three in number.
SECTION II: The Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in
the Lynwood Tribune , a newspaper published in said
City, and the same shall become effective thirty days from the
passage thereof.
