AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYN1700D REPEALING
SECTION II -A OF ORDINANCE NO. 211 OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I: That Section II -A of Ordinance No. 211
of said City, said ordinance being entitled "An Ordinance of the
City of Lynwood amending Ordinance No. 208, and further regulat-
ing the manufacture, sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages
in said City ", be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION II: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once
in the Lynwood Tribune , a newspaper published in said City,
and the same shall become effective thirty days from the passage
thereof.
