AN ORDIT =AT "rE OF - TRE CITY OF LYY? `COD FIXING THE
COMPENSATION OF CERTAITI OFFICERS OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I: The salaries or compensation of the City
Clerk and City Treasurer shall be payable at the end of each
month and are hereby fixed as follows:
City Clerk ................�170.00 per month.
City Treasurer............ 170.00 per month.
SECTION II: 7hose particular portions of Section I
of Ordinance Teo. 163 of said City, the said Ordinance being
entitled the same as is this ordinance, and also all other or-
dinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby
repealed.
S"CTIOY III: This ordinance shall oo into effect on
the third Yonday in April, 1934.
M GTION IV: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
a,.- of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in
the Lynwood, Tribune a Iewspaper printed and published, in
said City.
