The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 194
be, and the same is hereby amended in the following res-
pects:- That after the word "standing" in said section
No. 1, the following words "within the limits below men-
tioned" be added and inserted; and after the words "Los
Angeles County" the follcwin, words 'east side of Plaza St.
between a line 120 feet northerly of and parallel to the
north line of Yulford :ve., and a line 195 feet northerly
of and parallel to the north line of Yuiford .Ave.; be added
and inserted.
SECTION 2. That said Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 194 as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1 It shall be unlawful for any person to leave
any motor vehicle, as said term is defined by the Calif-
ornia Vehicle Act, standing within the limits below men-
tioned, on the west side of Long ueach Boulevard, in front
of the north 12 feet of Lot 383, of Tract No. 2551, as
per map thereof recorded in Book 24, pages 78, 79 and
80 in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County; on the east side of Plaza Street between a line
120 feet northerly of and parallel to the north line of
IYulford Avenue, and a line 195 feet northerly of and par-
allel to the north line of Mulford Avenue; between the
hours of 7 o'clock At1, and 5 P1 of any day for any pur-
pose other than the loading, receipt or delivery of mer-
ohandise or materials, provided, that the curb of said
Long 3each Boulevard shall have been painted yellow between
said limits, or to leave any such motor vehicle standing at
said location for any "purpose whatsoever, for a period longer
than thirty minutes.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify to the adoption of this ordinance and to cause the
same, after its final passage and approval, to be published
once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, published and circulated in said City of Lynwood.
Passed and adopted this is day of 1934.
