SECTION 1. ' That 'the amount of'.money necessary to • be l raised
by.,taxatiorr. upon the. taxable ,property within-the limits of 'the `City
of Lynwood, • County of Los - Angeles,, S,tate ,of California, to' provide

;for, carrying pr -the various! :functions of . Municipa] Government .fn said
City for the:fiscal` year beginning July lst,.1934 and'ending June 30th;
