AN .ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD TO
JUDGMENTS OF THE CITY-COURT.OF THE CITY OF LYN=
WOOD..
The City Council ` of the City of Lynwo od' does ordain as'
follows
SECTION`l. :.When the defendant pleads guilty of or is
convicted of A. violation of any ordinance of the City. of Lynwood
the judgment- that the defendant' pay„ a fin& may also d "irect that .
"he be.imprisoned,'until the fine.be'satisfied; or that the defend -.
ant the fine within -a limited time, or in installments payable
on- specified dates, and'that in default'of':payment as therein pro-
vided,,'he be imprisoned,until the•fine is satisfied in.full..
SECTION 2. That this ordinance is hereby'de'clared to-be
an emergency .measure .necess "for the immediate preservation. of
