Larson, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been e publisher and printer of the newspaper known as the SOUTH CROW RIVER NEWS id has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and eet form equivalent in printed space to at least 1,200 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is dis- ibuted at least once a week for 52 weeks each year. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each sue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single • subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association questing the newspaper and making applicable payment. "1-arson, "u' ?, _skier neyrae. �( NOTICE: MEDINA SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.223 AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE MEDINA CITY CODE REGARDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR DEVELOPMENTS WITHIN COM- MERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS Section I -Item 1—Subdivisions 1, 2 and 3 Outlines requirements for outside storage of materials In Residential, Commercial and Industrial Districts of the City. Section l-Item 2-Subdivisions land 2 Establishes ,riteria for types of ex- terior building materials 'that rnay be used In Commercial and Industrial Dis- tricts ' plus compliance of existing buildings within a specified time. Section 1-Iteri 3 - Specifies. that signs in Commercial and Industrial Districts shall comply with City code. - Section i-Item 4—Subdivisions 1, 2,' 3 and 4 Outlines `requirements for screening In all zones of the City. Section I -Item 5 r: f Requires that mechanical equipment shall; be fully screened by approved methods. Section I -Item 6-Subdivisions'J, 2 and 3 Outlines landscaping requirements In Commercial and Industrial Districts.
