ESTABLISHING A PEt iY -CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO tgJ.5.A. 40A:5 -21
BE IT RESOLVED that Pursuant to the provisions of N15.A. 40A:5 -21 a Petty Cash Fund be established
for the Borough of Carteret upon final approval from the Division of local Government Services; and
HEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing
the amount of $400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the amount of
$1,000.00.
