the 1935 and:1936 Special Light Malntengic'e.Assessments,.be, and
th'e.'same ,are hereby waived,, svbsect to the rrovisiofts of 'the
f- ollowing;Section,
SECTION F2:' 'The- above waiver shall be 'anDlicable •,only to surh
lighting assessments; the principal '•sum of which shall be paid
prior. to April`20, 1936, together with interest thereon at, the
