.:Ordinance 265. of the City. of Lyn rood,, .California, is hereby
amended to, read a "s' follows, to• fait:

transmi paying bets or wagers'under the pari - mutuel ;;
- system or otherwise on races or .events when. such business is
authorized or permitted under any'law'or laws 'of the- State` of
California; may be.- licens,ed•-b,y the Mayor and the City Council
of•.tlie City of California, :upon the, payment the-
' applicant of a :license_ fee �of, 50500,00 .per: ,veal,'; payable in
advance;
Provided, however, that;where'such bets :or �7agers'
are made, the person licensed to conduct such pari'- mutuel.

tation and business integrity;
And, provided, further, that'such person having such

And,. provided; further that: the 'person licensed '
conduct such agency.'shall keep- a`full record of his.busine:ss
for the full period of time covered by the license and "that.
said,record is at, all times to.,be.'open to . the inspection of the,. .

that` the person'lioensed to conduct said 'agency shall not .
maintain any solicitors outside of'the place of 'business at
