The City Council of• the "City of Lynvtood `ord'ain as fo1-
lows
' SECTION 1: ~ • That all unpaid delinquency penalties and costs
for the•rion payment., of lighting assessments levied- in,the Special .
Light and Maintenance, Districts in said .City since 1926, excepting
the 1935 and 1936 Special Light Maintenance Assessments, be .,and
the .same are hereby waived, subject to the provisions of the
lowing 'Section.
SECTION 2 :." The above waiver shall be' applicable only to,
such 1,1,ghting assessments, the D. incioal sum.o which shall be
paid ,prior' to. ,ApriL,20, 1937 .t6gether :,with interest thereon
the.rate of annum from July 'Is t, 1955.
SECTION':5. lThe ui:uy^ Clerk shall ?certify'> to :the pasaage"'of
this Ordinance and ,cause the, same to .be published once in•;the Iyn
