AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN'BONDS
OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF-SAID CITY,
AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NO. 174 AND
178 OF SAID CITY.
THE.CITY COII4CIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, '
CALIFORNIA. DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the following officers and employees of the City of
Lynwood, California, be, and they are each respectively required'
to execute bonds to the City of Lynwood, California, in the penalty
i
hereinafter respectively set forth, in the form required by law,
to wit:
City Treasurer 530,000.00
City Clerk 1.000.00
_ Deputy City Clerks, each 1,000.00
Business License Collector and
Deputy License Collectors, each 1,000.00
Mater Department Clerks, each 1
Deputy City Treasurer 2,500.00
Clerks in the Office of the
City Treasurer, each 1,000.00
Clerk of the City Court 1,000.00
Building Inspector 1
Chief of Police 1,000.00
PROVIDED, however, that in those cases in which the law
does not specify the form of bond of any of the above officers or
employees, the form of such bond'shall be approved by the City
Attorney of said City. That the sureties on such bonds shall be
approved by the Mayor of said City, and the premiums on said
bonds shall be a charge against the general fund of the said City.
