1'HE CITY COU_ CIL OF THE CITY OF LYN1NOOD
CALIF Q'L XI" DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVIS :
Section 1.
That public convenience requires the change and simpli-
fication of the naive of the street within the corporate limits of
the City of Lynwood, California, heretofore known as "Tweedy and
Abbott road."
Section 2.
That the naive of the street within the corporate limits
Of said City of Lynwood heretofore known as and legally named and
designated as "Tweedy and Abbott Road" is hereby renamed and de-
signated and named "Abbott Road."
Section 3.
That the City Engineer of said City- shall, as soon as
this ordinance becomes effective, amend the city map of said city
of Lynwood so that the street l lareto.fora l.nown as and named "Tweedy
and Abbott Road," shall be shown instead, thereof by the name of
"Abbott Road."
Section 4.
That the City Clerk of said City shall cause a duly
certified copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of Los An6e - Les County, California.
Section 5.
That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, California
shall transmit to the office of the County Surveyor of Los Angeles
'ouulty, Calif o-nia, a du!y certified copy of this ordinance.

Section 6.
That the street department of the city of Lynwood shall,
as soon as this ordinance becomes effective, henceforth change the
designation and marking, of said street to read "Abbott Road."
Section 7.
That all resolutions or parts thereof and all ordinances
or harts thereof in conflict with this ordinance are hereby re-
pealed.
Section 8.
That the City Cler, of said city shall
adoption of this ordinance and cause the saile to
after its final passa,e, in the "Lynwood Press, ft
