R1 INTO ZONE
SAID CITY TO
OF ZONE Rl.
ORDINANCE NO. 3�3
OP' THE INCORPORATED CITY OF LYNWOOD,
;HANGING LOTS 1 TO 5, BOTH INCLUSIVE,
AND LOTS 1 TO 12, BOTH INCLUSIVE, OF
TRACT 9337 IN SAID CITY, FROM ZONE
AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID LANDS IN ZONE R3 INSTEAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE INCORPORATED CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That upon a hearing held in the council chambers of the
City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, upon the 2nd day
of September , 1941, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. of said day upon its
final report, duly made, noticed and posted as by law required, in
relation to the proposed change of zone of
Lots 1 to 5, both inclusive, of Block 15, and Lots
1 to 12, both inclusive, of Block 11, in Tract
9337 as recorded in Book 130 at pages 61, 62, and
63, all inclusive, of maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
and located within the corporate limits of the said
City of Lynwood,
the City Council of said City finds that there have been no objections
made to the proposed change of zone of said lands and that public
convenience and public necessity and the general welfare of the
people of the City of Lynwood, California require that said lands
be changed from Zone Rl and be placed into Zone R3 as established
by Section 71 of Ordinance No. 285 of said City.
Section 2.
That
Lots 1 to 5, both inclusive, of Block 15, and Lots
1 to 12, both inclusive, of Block 11, in Tract
9337 as recorded in Book 130 at pages 61, 62, and
63, all inclusive, of maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
and located within the corporate limits of said
City of Lynwood, California
is hereby taken from Zone Rl and changed and placed into Zone R3 ,
as established by Ordinance No. 285 of said City of Lynwood.

3 1 That the City Engineer amend the zoning map of said City
4 to show said lands changed from Zone R1 and placed into Zone ._.8s3_
5 of said City, as established by Ordinance No. 285.

7 The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, California is
g directed to cause a duly authenticated copy of this ordinance to
9 be published once after its final passage and approval, in the
9
10 "Lynwood Press," a newspaper of weekly issue, printed and published
11 in the City of Lynwood, California.
