TRANSFERRING CERT LA1TDS FROM ZONE R1 INTO ZONE

C3, AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 285 OF SAID
CITY OF LYTAVOOD .

Section 1.

That upon a hearing held before tiie City Council in the

council chambers of the city hall of the City of Lynwood, California,

upon the 2nd- day of Sep�.e�b .3 , P 941 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.

of said day, upon its final report, duly Made, noticed and posted
12
as by law required, in relation to the proposed change of zone, to
13
wit: the transfer of

And the City Council finds that no objections, either

written or oral, have been made to said proposed change of zone of
said lands, and that the convenience and public necessity and the
23
general welfare of the people of the City of Lynwood, California
24
require that said lards be changed and transferred as reported in
25

said .final report.
Section 2.

All of that portion of Lot 504 of Tract 2551,

as recorded in Booi= 24 at pages 78, 79, and 80
of maps in the office of the County Recorder

of Los Angeles County, California, lying west
of California Street in the City of Lynwood,

2 now in Zone R1 of said City of Lynwood, California, are hereby
3 taken from Zone Rl, as established by Section 7 of Ordinance No.
4 285 of said City, and placed into Zone C3, as established by Section:
5 8 of said Ordinance.
6 Section 3.
7 That the City Engineer of said City amend the zoning map
8 of said Cityto show that said lands described in Section 2 of this
9 ordinance have been changed and transferred from Zone R1 into Zone
10 C3, as established by Ordinance No. 285 of said City of Lynwood.
11 Section 4.
12 The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, California, is
13
directed to cause a duly authenticate d copy of this ordinance to
14 be published once after its final passage and approval in the
