AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE
ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
URBAN RESIDENTIAL TO URBAN COMMERCIAL
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
Section I: The property located at 25 Hamel Road and legally
described as Lot 1, Hamel Legion Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota
is rezoned from Urban Residential to Urban Commercial.
Section II: This ordinance shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 'j� day
