AN ORDINANCE 4MeiWiG SECTION 301.01
OF THE MEDINA CITY CODE REGARDING
THE ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC LAWS
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as
follows:
Section I:
The Code of Ordinances of the City of Medina is ammended
by deleting the stricken materials and adding the underlined
materials as follows:
301.01 Traffic Regulations. Chapters 65, 168, 169, 170, &
171 of Minnesota Statutes entitled The Highway Traffic Regulation
is adopted by reference and is a part of this code as if fully
set forth herein. Any violation of Chapters 65, 168, 169, 170,
& 171 is a violation of this code.

Subd. 41. For purposes of 301.01 Subdi-vi-si-ens 4 - 3
abeve, the definition of "private street" shall be the same
as that found in Section 820.17, Subd. 33 of the Medina City
Code, Subdivision Regulations. Statutes adopted as part of the
Highway Traffic Regulation Act shall apply to private streets
within the corporate limits of the City of Medina.

This ordinance shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
