NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordinance that this Ordin-
ance shall take effect immediately upon its being adopted and
published once, as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.
The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, California, shall
cause a duly certified copy of this ordinance to be published once
In the next issue of the "Lynwood Press," a newspaper of weekly
issue, published and circulated in the Cit of Lynwood, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at this adjourned regular March 30,
1942 meeting of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, Calif-
ornia.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, California, dg hereby certify that the above
and foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted by the City
Council of said City at an adiourned� regular
meeting thereof held in the City Hall of said City,
on the 30th day of March , 1942 and
passed by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Zimmerman, Mc►leekin, La
and Meyer.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Christensen.
