Wright and it has its known office of issue in the City of Rockford in said Hennepin County and
'right County, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale
' advertisements and sale of subscriptions and is maintained by the managing officer of said
ewspaper or persons in its employ and is subject to his directions and control during all such
!gular hours and at which time said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each
