THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.INCORPORATED CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA,-"DOES.ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That the best interest;: necessity and public
welfare .:of the people. of the City' of Lynvio&d California;
requires that the•burden:of the old lighting'
assessm'ents '
,.,be made as, light as possible to "the end that`old d'elin-
quent' lighting assessments maybe .collected and tf e' tax

assessments are alienq be reduced to a minimum.

and cancelled the City Treasurer of the. said City J's,
