is further a'ilthorize2 to be done whenever in the discretion of
the Chief of Pol ce traffic conditi•0118 require such parking
limitations as are herein provided.
It is further ordained that such signs shall be
posted facing the line of traffic upon the right hand side of
such street or thorofare or part thereof, at the beginning of
the block and at approximately the middle of the block.
SECTION 4
It is further ordained that the violation of any pro-
vision of this ordinance shall be and constitute a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof, any person, firm or corporation
,shall be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars,
($100.00), or imprisoned in the City jail of said City of
Lynwood, not exceeding fifty (50) days, or both such fine and
Imprisonment.
SECTION 5
The City Clerk shall cause a duly certified copy of
this ordinance to be puclished once in the Lynwood Press in
the next _issue after the adoption and signing thereof.
