does- ordain as follows, to -wit: " -•
Section 1, That upon a hearing- in,the Council Chambers
of. the City,Counail of the City of Lynwood, California,;held upon
the l8th day of I April,: 1944, at the.hour -of 8 o'clock P.M.-of
said day, upon its final report, duly made, noti "ced -arid poste&
by lavi required, in 'relation to 'the ,proposed change of zone, "to i +iitt
the transfer of

- Book _31 at Page 48 of maps, -in the. off ice of-
the 'County Recorder of Loa Angeles County;

And' said City Council further finds that no 'objections'
either written or oral, have been made to said proposed change of
zone of - said larids, and that the public convenience and public
necessity and the general welfare of the people of.the City
Lynwood, California, require that said -lands be changed: and trans-
ferred as reported in said final report,'
