Home My Public Portal Aboutr 13-012Psultttinu of toe c�oroug4 of QTarteret, �C T- No. 13 -12 Date of Adoptiou jarn-I�ty 17, 2 013 ACCEPTING AND APPROVING REQUESTS FOR VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE 2013 CALENDAR YEAR WHEREAS, in December 2012, the Borough issued a Request for Qualifications ( "RFQ ") soliciting responses for the provision of various professional services for the 2013 Calendar Year; and WHEREAS, the RFQ's were solicited pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with the provisions N.J.S.A 19:44A -20.5; and WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk's Office has on file the submitted responses to the RFQ's; and WHEREAS, Borough has submitted the responses submitted and is desirous of accepting and /or approving the responses to the REF's from the attached list of professional service entities for the respective professional services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as follows: 1. That these professional services entities which are on file in the Clerk's Office are hereby approved to provide the respective professional services. 2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:11- 5(1)(a). 3. That this award is pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.19:44A -20.5.
