A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF SIX HUNDRED.
ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY -SEVEN DOLLARS
($601,897) AND ESTABLISHING ACCOUNTS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF IMPLEMENTING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT
(HCDA) YEAR VII PROJECTS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE
FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, AND THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
-- WHEREAS,_the City of.Lynwood_.and_.the County of Los
Angeles have entered into contracts for the implementation of
Year VII HCDA projects; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation must be authorized and accounts
established in order to implement these projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation
and its budget implementation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorize the City
Manager to make the following appropriation and establish accounts
for the following projects:
