A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRI-
ATION OF FOUR THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED AND
NINETY ONE DOLLARS AND ESTABLISHING AN
ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING
A LITTER CONTROL PROJECT FUNDED BY THE
STATE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD.
WHER EAS, the City of Lynwood and.the State Solid Waste
Management Board have entered into an Agreement for the implemen-
tation of a Litter Control Project; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation must be authorized and an
account established in order to implement the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation
and its budget implication;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorize the City
Manager to make the following appropriation and establish an account
for the following project:
