A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF ELEVEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
AND FIFTY -EIGHT DOLLARS ($11,958) FROM STATE PARK BOND ACT FUND
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Lynwood is desirous of con-
tinuing the lighting project at Sohn D. Ham Park, and
WHEREAS, City Council understands the State requirements regarding
rescinding of State grant projects, and
WHEREAS, City Council recognizes that a refund of State funds is
—necessary-prior continuance of the aforementioned lighting project, and
WHEREAS, City Council understands the necessity for applying
standard accounting practices in the refund of these funds, and
WHEREAS, City Council understands this refund is reimbursable from
other available State grant funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of
Lynwood authorize the Acting City Manager to appropriate $11,958
FROM TO
State Park Bond Act Fund ($11,958) 21 -1 -4- 196 -12 -850 Hiscellaneous
Unappropriated Fund Balance ($11,958)
and proceed with refund requirements as required by the State of California
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
February , 1982.
