AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND /OR APPROPRIATE
BOROUGH OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A SHARED
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF
WOODBRIDGE AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of fire Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the Shared
Services Agreement Between the Tonmship of Woodbridge and the Borough of Carteret
regarding Animal Control Services, in a form approved by the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 17" day of January, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 18, 2013.
