A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WITH BCL ASSOCIATES. INC.
WHEREAS, requests for discretionary approvals and other
Planning Division_responsibi.lities have increased; and
WHEREAS, developers and local property owners have requested
over - the - counter briefings by staff about vacant /available lots,
zoning matters and issues regarding the Century Freeway Housing
Replenishment Program; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that.BCL Associates, Inc., is
a qualified planning consultant which can supply expertise needed
to preclude potential backlogs and assure the property application of
planning and zoning regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve:
SECTION 1 : The Agreement between the City of Lynwood and
BCL Associates, Inc., for planning services is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 : The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
February , 1982.
