A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO AMEND THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
AND POSITION PLAN AND THE GENERAL CIVIL SERVICE
EXEMPT SALARY SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
Classification and Position Plan and amended 'same as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a Salary
Resolution, including Salary Schedule, and amended same as needed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted the Budget
— 'for fiscal year- 1981 =82 `which- authorized. -a- grant- exempt Economic_Deselopmenk___
Associate.position in the Economic Development Division; and
WHEREAS, it would be economic and efficient to fill the Economic Development
Associate vacancy with an Administrative Analyst;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1 : To amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan to
add the description for Administrative Analyst to the exempt
portion.
SECTION 2 : To amend the General Civil Service Exempt Salary Schedule to
add the following as 3EG and renumber the subsequent salary
range from 4EG to 6EG.
