A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING RENEWAL
OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF ,
LOS ANGELES CONCERNING GENERAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of
Lynwood hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that
it desires to renew the General Services Agreement
currently in, effect between the County and the City
for a five -year period terminating on June 30, 1987
and requests the Board of Supervisors to consent to the
renewal of said Agreement subject to the terms and
provisions thereof and to'authorize County departments
to-continue to provide the services requested pursuant
to the existing General Services Agreement.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting - of
the City Council of the City of Lynwood, held on the
2nd day of March, 1982.
