Re: Monthly Department Report – March 2019
Staff:
Staff is completing the annual inventory report; posting a “Library MELTDOWN” (when will the ice melt of our statue) contest with great prizes from May Hardware; partnering with Girl
Scouts to create a pollinator garden this spring; and preparing /planning training for Idaho Library Association educational events.
Other Projects:
Library Building Committee received 3 excellent applications in response to the request for proposal for Construction Manager/General Contractor to work with Humphries Poli on the Library
project. Interviews with the firms were conducted April 3. The committee will continue to move forward with coordinating contracts for architecture and project management.
Programs:
Doing Democracy: (Not) Recycling discussion will be April 30, 6:30 PM.
