Vright County, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale
f advertisements and sale of subscriptions and is maintained by the managing officer of said

egular hours and at which time said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each
ssue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single
r subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association
equesting the newspaper and making applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all

ORDINANCE NO. 234
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO URBAN
INDUSTRIAL
The City Council of the City of Medina
ordains as follows:
1. The zoning of that property legally
described in Exhibit A (Exhibit A: Lot 1,
Block 1, Alpana Second Addition) at-
tached hereto shall be amended from
multi -family residential to urban industrial.
2. The official zoning map of the City
shall be amended in accordance here-
with.
Adopted by the City Council of the
City of Medina this 16th day of June,
1987.
