A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .
OF LYNWOOD SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 81 -129,
ACCEPTING A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS DE-
VELOPMENT.

WHEREAS, on September 1, 1981, the City Council of the
City of Lynwood adopted Resolution No. 81 -129 accepting a grant
for technical assistance from the State Department of Economic and
Business'Development; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81 -129 stated that the City of
Lynwood's Department of Economic Development had submitted a pro-
posal for an Integrality Study for the proposed Lynwood Commercial
Center; and
WHEREAS, the proposed scope of work to be performed re-
garding the Lynwood Commercial Center has been expanded and re-
quires preparation of a complete analysis of development potential
including a financing plan for the proposed Lynwood Commercial
Center site;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor is authorized to execute a
revised Agreement providing for the preparation of an analysis
of the development potential of the Project Area "A" Commercial
Center site with the State's Department of Economic and Business De-
velopment.
A SECTION 2: That thfs resolution' intended to supple= -- -
ment Resolution No. 81 -129 and that all other provisions of Reso-
lution No. 81 -129 regarding the Century Freeway Economic Develop-
ment Early Action Grant remain in effect.
