A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DE-
PARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT AND APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Housing
and Community Development has prepared Agreement 1181 -CF -022 for
the performance by the City of a technical assessment of the Housing
Entitlement provided as part of the Century Freeway Replenishment
Housing Program; and --- -'
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood wishes to cooperate with the State
and undertake a technical assessment of the Housing Entitlement in
order to coordinate replenishment housing planning efforts; and
WHEREAS, a budget appropriation is required to reflect ex-
penditures funded by the State to the City in order to complete a
technical assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City,Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That Agreement 1181 -CF -022
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor be authorized to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City Council.
SECTION 3: That the following budget appropriation is
hereby approved:
