RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FIFTY -TWO THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED AND FORTY -SIX DOLLARS ($52,946) FROM THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING THE ON -GOING DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S
ELECTRIC VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has an agreement to participate in
the DOE's Electric Vehicle Demonstration Project; and
WHEREAS, funds for
the Demonstration Project's Operation
were in-
advertently omitted from the
lg81 -82 Budget appropriation; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of
Lynwood authorize the City Manager to appropriate FIFTY -TWO THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED AND FORTY -SIX DOLLARS ($52,946):
